Just call the BBE number (919)469-5548. After hours and on weekends and holidays, you can still get authorizations, account balance information, account histories and current directory listings. In fact, when you fax directory listings to yourself, you are getting the most up-to-date information about members who are currently available.

New members will be included. Those "on hold" or who've closed their account won't be on the list. Just follow the friendly computer voice. Its really simple once you get the hang of it. If you know the drill, you don't even have to wait for the instructions.
