Clients who want to pay their cash fees automatically charged on a credit or debit card on the 1st of the month can do so by completing the credit card form enclosed with the monthly statement or by logging into the BBE Marketplace to pay the cash fees online through a secured, encrypted site. Log into the BBE Marketplace. On the top line of the BBE Marketplace’s homepage, click Account and scroll down to click View Account. Click the Make Payment Now (Payleap) link in the middle of the page above your Trading History. Fill in the appropriate boxes. Check off Check here to charge your monthly fees automatically and click the Submit Payment on the bottom of the screen. Your credit or debit card will be charged and credited to your BBE account on the next business day for all past due cash fees and on the 1st of each month thereafter.
An administrative fee of fifteen ($15) dollars cash and fifteen ($15) dollars barter will be charged to client's account each month. The monthly administrative fee is due upon receipt of the BBE monthly account statement.
Client agrees to pay a twelve and one-half (12.5%) percent cash transaction fee based on the gross value of each purchase. Selling clients do not pay a cash transaction fee. An additional two and one-half (2.5%) percent cash transaction fee will be charged on all inter-exchange purchases (purchases made from other barter exchanges). If Client’s cash fees are sixty (60) days past due from issuance of statement, client grants BBE, at that time, the right to permanently increase the twelve and one-half (12.5%) percent cash transaction fee on all purchases to a fifteen (15%) percent cash transaction fee on all future purchases. BBE may, at its option, require advance payment of client transactions fees.

All statements are considered accurate unless the BBE office is notified within 15 days of issuance of statement. BBE will not remove charges if the buying client has signed the 3-part that acknowledging satisfactory receipt of products and services described and authorized BBE to debit the Buyer’s account in accordance with the BBE Trading Policies & Procedures.
Clients who request materials to be sent via certified mail will be charged seven ($7.00) dollars cash.
Any client that has a check returned to BBE by the bank will be charged a thirty ($30.00) dollar cash penalty.
BBE accepts American Express, Cash, Checks, Discover, Debit Cards, MasterCard, and VISA for payment of cash fees owed to BBE.
All cash fees owed to BBE are due on the 15th of each month.
All active clients will receive an online monthly statement of account that will be issued on the last business day of the month. Clients are obligated to call the BBE office by the fifteenth (15th) of each month if a statement has not been received. Client's monthly account statement will be considered accurate as printed unless the BBE accounting department is given written notice of any discrepancies within thirty (30) days of issuance of statement. All copies of statements requested within sixty (60) days of issuance will be sent free of charge. All requests after sixty (60) days of issuance will be subject to a one ($1.00) dollar barter charge per statement.
