ONLINE BBE MEMBER DIRECTORY

Log in below using your BBE Member Account Number and the last four digits of your Federal ID Number as they appear in the upper right hand corner of your BBE Statement. You can authorize a transaction, search the member directory, view this month's transactions and statement, submit a travel request, pay fees, and more.

Then you will be able to choose from the following list of items:

  • Authorize a BBE Transaction. Enter Buyer's account number & click the "Submit" button.
  • Search the Member Directory. You may search by alphabetical listing, category listing, or keyword.
  • View This Month's Transactions. Company, Name, Last Statement Date, This Month's Transactions. You may also view last month's statements or previous statements.
  • View Statements. Same as "View This Month's Transactions" only this shows your entire set of statements.
  • Submit a Travel Request. ALL fields must be entered. Once the "Submit" button is hit, the request will be sent via email to the BBE Travel Broker, Tiffany Meadows.
  • View the Scrip List. You may chose from: "List All", "Alphabetical Listing", & "Keyword". Current BBE restaurants & current restaurant certificates will be listed.
  • View/Edit My Profile. This is where your BBE membership directory information is updated. You may enter in any new information about your business as well as any special offers you would like to advertise on barter. This information does not update your official record stored on BBE's main database. This only reflects the information you would like to have displayed to fellow members. BBE will then make the appropriate changes to your account within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Pay My Service Fees. This enables you to pay your BBE fees online. This will be sent to the BBE billing department when the "Submit" button is pressed. NOTE: This feature will be available in the near future.

ATTENTION BUSINESS OWNERS WITH MORE THAN ONE BUSINESS OR LOCATION
Members with more than one business and/or location have been assigned one or more "Sub Accounts" in addition to their primary BBE Account Number. It is important to understand that there will never be any barter activity on these accounts, no authorizations will be put through these accounts, and no statements will ever be issued for these accounts. These "Sub Accounts" are only used to advertise the additional locations and businesses when a company has more than one company doing business under the same Federal ID number. It is necessary to create "Sub Accounts" for these types of businesses because the database for BBE's new web page only allows for one business name and location per account. If this applies to you, please contact your BBE Broker.
